  • Many of them do.

  • I wonder how so many smart people stay so ignorant about the true effects of weed. Bigotry maybe?

    • Not sure if ignorant of the studies and encouraging weed usage or knowledgeable about the studies and discouraging weed usage...

  • Sometime I look at myself in the mirror, and wonder how I got a 5.0 in high school and a 34 on the ACT, while smoking weed since the 8th grade.

  • The problem is that only the idiots who smoke get noticed as stoners, giving the rest of us a bad rap. So many people puff all the time and quietly go about their business- hell I'm a year away from defending my PhD thesis in astrophysics. My hookup is a physics PhD.

    • Uh... maybe because, for the majority of people, it would be rather difficult to be able to do those kind of things while puffing all the time? You'd think someone getting their PhD in one of the sciences (no matter which one) would take the time to read the studies that have been done.

  • Sometimes I look at comments on TFLN and wonder why people copy other people's comments, then I realize I wasted too much time wondering about the comments and submitting ones like this.

  • Yeah, you gotta be careful with the weed, but sometimes, there's nothin' like a good blunt to help you focus on your studies. Mix it with a little sweet tea or Coke and you'll be doin' great!

  • I got a 32 on the ACT and a 2.6 GPA, and I don't even have the excuse of weed, just laziness. xD

  • They are smart enough to disguise it.

  • A lot of them probably do. Some a the smartest most academic achieving kids in college that I know also light up everyday and would technically be considered "stoners"

  • Because I enjoy silently judging people on TFLN between classes. ...Of course, I'm not very diligent, just at the top of my class. UMAD?

  • Sometimes I look at myself in the mirror, remember that I had a 5.0 GPA in high school, a 32 on the ACT, and a shit-ton of scholarships to just about every school that I applied to, and wonder why most potheads don't succeed like I do.
