Making up a song often helps with memorizing stuff. Wakko Warner sang all 50 states and their capitols on Animaniacs. Hey, if you wrote something along the lines of The Nails "88 Lines About 44 Women," it could work.
Sad fact, some STD's do affect one's mind.
She should try word association. If she can associate each guy with the STD she got or gave him, it would probably make it easier for her.
