I imagine the Disney police to be midgets/dwarves which makes it sound quite awesome

California adventure sells alcohol everyday. Ariels grotto is a bar and then they have a beer truck and a margarita stand as well.

Disneyworld.. ever since they were open.. but you have to find them.. and magic kingdom is the only the only park that doesn't sell.

You can get booze around Disneyland easy. I think the worst was some guy pissed in the Pirates of the Caribbean moat after coming out of Club 33. Yeah, out of the park and his Club 33 membership suspended.

hard rock cafe is in downtown Disney they have plenty if it. also epcot sells it.
They only sell alcohol on weekends for that Tron rave at Disney California Adventure.
Try have alcohol at Disneyland , google club 31 Disneyland , you have to have a special invite , but it's near pirates of the Caribbean.
