  • I'm sure whoever it was, was making cement angels on dried concrete, not wet. Just drunk and laying on the ground doing the motion. If THEY are talking about wet concrete, I don't believe it

  • First of all, cement is a part of concrete. Second, concrete curing ('drying') on the skin would leave severe burns.
