Yes, since love is wanting to be near the other person. It sounds like you want to be near more than his wallet and his dick now- you want to be near his heart, mind, and life-story. However, until there is snot or vomit involved, it is not guaranteed true love. IF they clean up after you when you're sick, that's definitely love.
