She's started this new thing where whenever she drives by random couples talking alone outside she yells "break up! this is your sign!"

God i wish someone would for that for me.
And you should start this new thing where you no longer hang out with her or acknowledge she exists.
That's just plain mean. Karma will bite her. (Hopefully in the form of her remaining single.)
