That you have to be bribed to eat.

I'm not even anorexic, but I have to bribe myself to eat too. 3-4 meals a day is just too much trouble, costs money, time and energy to obtain and/or cook the food, and then the effect doesn't last that long because my metabolism is annoyingly fast and I get hungry again in a few hours. I'm 110lbs at 5'6", most girls I know are bigger than me, and it sucks. feels like a losing battle though.

You're not alone. I'm 5'5" and 96-97 lbs. I weigh myself every few hours on some days. Its so annoying to find tasty food I like and I'm rarely *that* hungry. I found that I started to eat a lot more and started gaining weight (mostly muscle mass) when I went to the gym for one hr a day. Did cardio and weight machines to tone. Broke a bone and lost the weight, haven't been back since since the bone didn't heal properly.

I thought this was going to be funny. Then it just turned very serious and sad.

At least she's getting better and recognizes she has a problem. Calling it sad wont help anyone.

Unless it's just a fake that someone made up because they thought it was funny. Then calling it sad would serve to point out to OP that eating disorders aren't funny.

You guys wonder why we are bulimic and/or anorexic? Then every reponse is ew, fatty when someone texts about food/eating. And some, continue to berate them about sex with fatties. Wow, now sex with fat fucks AND sticks is gross. Society wonders why we have anorexia , bulimia. Chicks in Hollywood and models look great though, right? Ugh. its really sad. Because SEX IS AWESOME!!! Need a little summtin for the boys to hold onto while they bash your head ......just kidding.

That is the kind of attitude that drives people to eating disorders. Also, there's lots of porn out there featuring all different shapes and sizes and colors of people and things, so don't assume you speak for everyone when you say things like that.

Kinda like the other TFLN where the bulimic girl popped a vicodin after every meal to deter herself from puking.

I think this is awesome: (for simplicity's sake, gonna assign stereotypical genders here) the guy cares and is trying to help her, and she seems to be in a mindset in which she's starting to see things other than that she "needs" to lose weight. Win-win for both of them. Stay strong :)

Good for them, it's awesome that they're looking for help. It's unfortunate that they need that kind of help, but at least they found a way that works. As someone who has struggled with anorexia, it would have been really nice to have that motivation. But considering most people didn't even notice that I never ate, that was kind of difficult.
