It's definitely possible, you only have one urethra, true urine and semen come from different places, but they both flow through the urethra, and yes the "valve" closes off, nobody can pee and ejaculate at the same time.
I think that the tubes merge before the reach the shaft of the penis and there's a muscle valve that blocks one when the others in use so it is possible
WOW people are DUMB. BALLS and BLADDERS are two different "things" therefore will need separate "wiring" to link to their exits through the penis. peep a diagram!
