I think it is a great idea to drug test those on unemployment. We should also test for alcohol, cigarettes and watching TV. We should also test to see if they ate overweight too.
You pay into your own unemployment. After you have used that you are able to apply for emergency funds which is then paid for by the tax payers. And from this persons text I'd say he is well into his emergency funds. I have a brother who is exactly like this ass clown who has been on unemployment for a year and a half and hasn't looked for a job at all and 90% of his check goes to weed.
