What does someone's ability and education to be an doctor have anything to do with their options about people? Only reason you want to sue is cuz you got no success and money on your own and yes, people do stupid shit and doctors have to be polite to them.
Doctors take an oath to help people. If the only upside this asshole gets is getting off on peoples misery, they should quit practicing. I simply stated the reasons they aren't happy as a doctor, not "cuz I ain't got no success or money no how".
If the only thing you like about saving lives is ruining the day of someone in your care, you are in the wrong field. I suggest law, lawyers are already expected to be assholes.
You can go into medicine as a balancing act, the lives I save atone for my being an asshole. A doctor can enjoy the penalties others receive for their stupidity.
