Actually, hair follicle tests aren't 100%. Plus, you start shaving, dying, etc. many judges will impute a positive test to you. Sorta stupid to pull that crap. Plus, if you're spending $150 on a dye job, it's hard to bitch you need money because you're broke. I prefer to use instant urine tests they use in the criminal courts. That way- no warning and more likely to be caught. Also about 20% of the price of a hair follicle test.

Ah yes...the often overlooked stylist-client privilege. it's a damn shame how many criminals have stayed out of jail because of what their barbers were legally forbidden to reveal.
They're doing a hair drug test; she apparently thinks that bleaching her hair will chemically destroy it to the point where it won't be possible to tell that she's used drugs.
LOL. I work at a law firm and deal with a bunch of those crackwhores trying to get custody....but the father is most likely a crackhead as well....lose-lose situation for the poor child.
So if this woman gets her child back, are we going to be seeing some bleached bitch in the newspaper crying about how she didn't kill her baby, it was some non-descript looking black guy(s) who did it?
