  • yup .... best i ever did though is had a landlord charge me for oil IN THE CITY STREET ... it wasnt the $25 it was the principle, i didnt rent the street from him and 2 years later he did nothing to clean the stain

    • Mine charged me for a rotten fence post he had replaced and left in our carport for a year cuz i used to block my wheels when i changed a tire! Said i "ruined a perfectly good piece of wood".
