Turtle biting is when you put your penis in the open mouth of someone and then have to pull it out before they bite down on it (lightly), retracting like a frightened turtle. It's the same idea as the hand slapping game that Owen Wilson and Rachel McAdams play on the beach in Wedding Crashers, except it's oral sex.
