Hummus - it's not Greek it's Lebanese it is a ground paste of Gabonzo's/chick peas/chichi beans / olive oil , garlic, Tahini (sesame paste) lemon juice, cumin. very good rich in protein. no cholesterol.

It's a paste of garbanzo beans and some oil and garlic it's pretty tasty. I especially like it a daphnes or actual Greek places
