    you can't be that tall and thin and have 38DDs. you might have DDs but you'd have probably 32 or 34 DDs. the number is the measurement of your ribcage under the boobs. if you were that tall and your ribcage was that big, you'd be... big. also, uga girls and their rainboots i do NOT like.
