Omg they were trying to be funny! You people actually think they didn't have water...really? I think some of you should spend more time in class rather than reading these stupid texts.
....maybe the water was shut off. that happens when any sort of repair needs to be done. there are quite a few reasons why a person might not have water available, even if this was intended as a joke.
He's probably being a smartass, but I think it's funnier to imagine that he's so drunk he forgot that tap water exists, or that he spent all his money on vodka and couldn't pay his water bill.
lighten up people! it was just a funny text ffs. its like ' he said he was starving. But was he? WAS HE? I bet he'd eaten in the last week so he couldn't have been starving.' Of COURSE he could have got some water
i dont think its an excuse some ppl dont have city water, they have well water (in FL anyway) and you cant drink the well water. Granted they could have just went to a store but it is possible to not have water
if they have a microwave, cake mix, a cell phone and vodka they probably do have water
but then again, maybe the person wasn't too bright
and wanted to get drunk on a cake
much like getting high on hash brownies, butters, muffins, etc.
everyone would have to agree that'd be a pretty damn good invention
