• PEOPLE. For fuck's sake, TURN YOUR PHONE OFF when you sleep, unless you are responsible for a family member or close friend who has frequent emergencies in the early AMs. At the very least, silence your texts so that someone can call if there's an emergency but random texts won't wake you up.
