The only thing I can think is that this is a reference to Peter Pan, with a cell phone replacing the watch that the crocodile swallowed - if s/he swallows the cell phone, which has "Still of the Night" as a ringtone, then the cell phone's owner could hear it ringing inside his/her stomach, like Captain Hook heard the watch inside the croc... ???! WTF.
