• So, children that haven't fully developed their motor skills and balance are stupid? And bicyclists that could be killed by being thrown from their bike due to a loose brick in a road are stupid?

• Was this kid without fully developed motor skills devoid of supervision or someone with enough sense not to allow kids to bike without helmets through a what I only assume to be a construction zone... loose bricks and all
