This one of those guys that press their ass against the window in view of those on driving on the Parkway East in Pittsburgh? Who in the hell decided to build a county jail as a high rise with penthouse view windows in the cells?
The parkway east is punishment enough, acj just reminds us where we go if we get out and start killing our fellow motorists.
