• the meter isn't running he's gunna pocket the cab fare and pay the hooker with it...use your phone to map distance and route take the cabs mileage rate multiply the RATE POSTED ON THE CAB with the mileage the GPS gives.. that is what your fare is anything else is a scam

• I had this experience in Costa Rica. They were both nice - we chatted. No scamming attempt - meter was running. No biggie.
