We've totally done this - even without leaving for the lake first. Use the radio, the lights, the horn, throw an amazing party, and shrug your shoulders the next time someone takes the boat out, but it doesn't start. Oh, wait... My bad.
Haha I've done this before! But with a canoe, and we strapped skateboards to the bottom of it, and rowed ourselves around... Chased a couple of cars too.
