  • Depends on the job. You cannot hold a bartenders license while on alcohol-related probation.

  • Most states will not allow a person convicted of a felony to get a liquor license. But your first DUI is not a felony. So as long as it is your first go ahead.

  • I'm guessing if you had the job before the DUI they would make some sort of exception for work but not if you got the job while on probation

  • You're typically prohibited from going into bars, liquor stores, or head shops when on probation. I would assume getting a job in one would also be prohibited.

  • Here's a tip: stop drinking and driving, its much easier to get a liquor license and the rest of us don't have to worry about morons like you trying to kill us because you're too irresponsible to call a friggin cab!
