i remember jackasses like you who would laugh at try out night. luckily for me I got the job, some really talented girls i know didn't because of assholes like you. whether you know it or not, they take the crowds response into consideration for hiring the girl.

At 2:29, a lot of girls IN college strip to pay the bills. As a permanent job, yeah, I think that's ridiculous. Just to get through college or get quick money when you're going through a rough time though? Who cares! You dance on a stage, you take your clothes off. It isn't the classiest of jobs, but not every stripper is horribly trashy.
its true, i was in a strippy near McGill and my friend talking to one of the girls. turns out she goes to mcgill and uses the job to pay for her school. mind you mcgill is one of the top schools, very expensive. after she pays all her fees and bills, she still hasv about 5000 a month to spend. thats pretty amazing for a student, just not a lifelong job.
To all of you putting down strippers: shut up and sit down. You and I both know that they probably make more money than you do. Who said taking off ones clothes had to be undignified? To many it's liberating, I'm sure. Or, you know, just a job. You're talking as if the average, white-collar, staple slave job is any more rewarding.
11:59PM has it right. Most of them deserve as much respect as prostitutes. The fact that the word talented has even been involved here is laughable. And if it's a dignified job, why don't they just call themselves strippers? They try to cover it up with some other term for it. Where's the dignity again?
Well when half of the girls that are strippers tell their parents that they dont work at a strip club, i would say thats quite undignified...get a college education and do something you love doing so that way work isnt a job. Im a aerospace engineer and work for Lockheed Martin in Ft Worth and just because I sit behind a desk and make more money than you doesnt mean my job or life is mundane.
Go get naked and hope that you get enough tips to pay the rent....
