Having worked for several cell phone companies, I believe they can't see any pictures from
your device without physically taking it from you and examining them. However, if they provide your phone then they do NOT need a subpoena, so be sure to delete!
If it's a corporate Blackberry, then yes, they would probably be logged. No guarantee that they'd be seen, but there's a chance. Also, I don't think a subpoena would be necessary because it's a company owned and intended for company business. It's the same as a company monitoring employee emails or web browsing.
