That was the guy who designed tiny apartments for people who don't have any money.
And then such designs spread to modern track housing for it was deemed cheap.
Who said it was a man?? That kind of genius takes a woman ;)
Well that man didn't build this house. Countless times I've blew chunks in the shower. Damn toilet is in a separate room within the bathroom. Come to think of it. Today might be another day the hot water hits me and there goes the Don Julio.
