• Are those two things really part of the same price range? Seems like central air would cost more, and you could've gotten a kegerator and the margarita machine. That's the unspoken third option.

• A central air conditioner would be a better option over a temporary pleasurable indulgence any day. An equity boost for sure. A better education couldn't hurt either?
