I'm a college wrestler and have sports induced asthma..I use an inhaler..and I'm probably in better shape than a lot of people here

Bullshit. I have sports induced asthma and I'm definitely in shape. It just means that when I do work out it's harder and a lot more painful to breathe.

Purely acedemic question - Why and how can sport induce asthma? I'm curious.

When I run, my throat closes. I can do certain sports, like volleyball, swimming, tennis, biking, dancing, working out in general... but soccer or distance running isn't possible. If you want more medical info, look it up on WebMD. It is a real thing.

Heightened stress during exercise on your broncioles cause them to close making it harder for you to breathe
