I have an alarm set on my phone every morning to tell me when it's time to take my birth control. If you don't take it at the same time every day it's not effective. And I know a lot of girls who set alarms too so this text is really nothing out of the ordinary.

Plan B doesn't look anything like regular birth control. The pills look different and the packaging is different. Plus if the condom broke they would know that right away, or not until she got pregnant, who keeps a condom after sex?
