No grosser than what they do to children born intersex. Irreversible surgeries done to infants that default them to female regardless of their karyotype (for example, babies born XY with Swyer Syndrome are usually made female because their genitals are ambiguous)? That's fucked up.
Taking testosterone increases the size of the clitoris. There is also a procedure that can further increase the size, and then it's all natural. The only procedure to get a dick would be phalloplasty which actually uses skin from the forearm. However, this procedure is extremely expensive, highly prone to infection, and can't get an erection. So those who get this procedure have to sacrifice a lot, including sexual pleasure. Because of that, most transguys opt not to have a phalloplasty.

you get hormones to inlarge your clit. it does not get as big as a normal dick would get but if it makes them happy then cool. The problem is they still have a vag and this is why that "Guy" gave birth. Cause she had an enlarged clit which I guess makes her a "Man" But still had a vag and could get preggo
Fwiw, no we don't. At least as far as I know, you basically just get whatever the surgeon can do with the materials they get (your junk, and possibly some arm skin). Aesthetically, most I've seen end up looking circumcised.
