  • His or her would be correct. By using the word "one," it is saying that ANY individual that would find a handprint of semen on his or her pillow should be ashamed, not just the speaker.

  • Pity too; replace "their" with "his" and it leaves a very different impresion from "her". And the only reason to say "his or her" is if the speaker is rather gender confused, I think. :-)

  • Yes, it is the right form of their/there/they're, but unfortunately the subject "one" is singular. All the grammarians out there know the correct phrasing would be "his or her" pillow.
