Attempting to sleep without a bra since i got my nips pierced wish me luck. Also almost sent that to my coworker.

Sleep with a sports bra on. Helps keep them from getting jostled when you roll over. Worked wonders for me!
that's what I did, too. it's the way to go
I wore a bra to bed for like a week after I got them done. Then I slept with microfiber blankets because the fuzziness of the blanket sensitivity of nips was superb!
Why would you sleep with a bra on anyway?
