• I'm surprised they didn't take the 3 cents from you, and charge you for not having a minimum balance, and then charge an overdraft fee, because you overdrafted paying the fee for not having a minimum balance.

• lol_wat depending on the bank and the type of account you set up, you can actually avoid an overdraft fee. I know my account was at $.62 for a month and I didn't get charged because of the type of account I'd set up.
