• shoulda used the drop law dude...if your not parked in a red zone you can make them drop the vehicle, plus the tow slip has to be authorized by property management or an agent with equal authority...tow dude just cant snatch up.....see california vehicle code 22658

• I have had this experience. It was a hammock hanging over the parking lot I couldn't legally park in...and I wasn't alone. Who sends out a tow truck at 5am anyways?
