  • Yes you can get a DUI on a bike.I live in Davis Ca and it's a law here.all of the bikes stop at the stop signs an go onto ramps just like the cars.so they have the some of the same laws here

  • Im from the 970, yeah, they are a real citation. But personally I believe that if you are above the legal limit and can still ride a bike, you should get a reward
