  • If you feel like staying alive, take ibuprofen instead. Tylenol's active ingredient is acetametaphin which when mixed with alcohol can cause death.

  • Say goodbye to your liver.

  • Oh, I'm sure it'll work wonderfully, assuming you had no long-term plans for your liver or general health. You know.

  • So, you're not really supposed to mix caffine and alcohol together, so by adding Tylenol to the mix while your immune system is low is probably a bad idea.... Dunno... Just saying.

  • Yeahhhh, you should probably go to a hospital, like now.

  • Ruhtard, considering 103 is like a death temp, I'm thinking this is too stupid to be legit

Submitted by cheesepizza on Mar 21, 10 at 11:16am
    • 103 isn't a "death temp," actually. Yeah it's a sign that you're REALLY sick, but it's not quite an "omg you're dead!" temp. 105 is about when your cells start denaturing/dying.

  • You seriously are not supposed to mix Tylenol and alcohol, how did Elvis Presley die anyone?

  • Way to score one for the Westchester "I'm retarded" team. I'm betting on your kidneys failing first.

  • When the combo of alcohol and Tylenol kill your liver, you too will want affordable health care for the transplant you will need.

  • Science fair project junior year, cow livers, everclear and tylenol. Don't do it.

Submitted by Anonymous on Mar 22, 10 at 12:15pm
  • Advil isn't Tylenol. Different meds. Tylenol and booze make your liver implode.

Submitted by hvltn on Mar 22, 10 at 8:32pm
  • Yeah, that temp signals usually a severe infection..you're body is fighting..and with the jager bombs lowering your immune system...well sorry man..you need to go to a hospital..

  • You'll b fine. I took 4 advil last night with a beer. Took it as a preventative!! LOL no hangover today!!!

    Submitted by gago131 on Mar 21, 10 at 11:14am
    • That's an ignorant statement since advil is ibuprofen and tylenol is acetaminophen. Those are very different drugs that react different with alcohol.

Submitted by Drchb on Mar 21, 10 at 1:17pm
      • exactly- if you're going to take anything with alcohol, take ibuprofen (advil). tylenol (or anything else with acetapminophen) + alcohol can't be simultaneously metabolized, because the job is done by the same enzyme. and to the geniuses who said the kidneys would feel the impact first, go to sleep. or class. the metabolization of ethanol and acetaminophen occurs in the liver. --also, more than 5 tylenol is a really bad idea... especially if anyone's trying to be
