You call balancing the budget, lowering the deficit, getting gays a chance to serve in the military, and improving the stock market fucked up? Makes no sense seeing as how Bush increased the deficit, set back social progress, got us into two wars which increased our debt by hundreds of billions of dollars, and failed to respond to the most major natural disaster our country has ever seen after Katrina.
Pres. Obama has yet to lower the deficit. In fact his budget for next year will increase the deficit by $100 billion. Mr. Obama justifies this by saying his plan shall lower the deficit over the next decade, but only time will tell if this is to be true. Before you blame Bush for increasing debt by hundreds of billions of dollars, remind me: how much did President Obama's stimulus package cost?

ive actually watched glenn beck my stepdad is a huge fan and has made me watch it, and i personally think hes an ass. He doesnt let people answer his questions without interrupting and trying to twist there words. He just talks over people and tries to shove his opinion in the faces of americans. fuck glenn beck

Democrats controlled congress in 07 and 08 and could have cut the budget and reduced spending. Instead they increased spending at a rate higher than when republicans controlled congress.

Dude... BP isn't a government organization. There's nothing the government could have done to prevent this, but BP could have reduced the risk. To those that say that the debt was inherited, lets just say for one second you're right, (which you're not), 3 months into his reign the debt was $1.3 Trillion, higher than any other country...EVER! It is now just over Ten TRILLION....Please tell me how 9 Trillion dollars is inherited 1.5 years after he takes office????
