  • University of Memphis in Memphis TN is a dry campus, (10 minutes from the famous Beale Street BLASPHEMY), there's a Krystal Burger maybe 1.5 miles from the frat houses, and every Friday and Saturday night they run a DUI checkpoint in the parking lot next to it, definitely cheating.
