    Actually, legally if you met her at the bar, it's A. The bar's liability for not ID'ing and B. Her fault for it. The assumption of law is that a reasonable person would assume anyone at a bar is 21. You're in the clear (go case studies!)

    That really sucks... I'd be quite worried but as long as you never see or speak to her again I don't think you'd get into trouble as there are two parties lying to you or misleading: the bar and her. It's quite reasonable to assume people there are of age, if you can't assume that, then what the fuck does it say about people serving alcohol and checking ID's! But that's terrible and disgusting...

    In my state age of consent is 16. my boyfriend was 26 when I was 16. It's neithers fault. Who cares? I've been dating guys 10 years older than me since I was like 15. When you have more life experiance that most people older than you then it makes dating someone your age sem younger. Sex is sex, and the older guys know what the he'll they are doing.
