  • It's only bad if you're taking freaking five Tylenol and a drinking shit load of alcohol, and you're doing it every night for a year. The chick's brushing her damn teeth - I think she's fairly responsible. I don't think she's an alcoholic, which is what's really going to ruin your liver.

  • Actually, no. Taking Tylenol with alcohol just once can cause your liver to fail. Stick with motrin please. No Tylenol 24 hours before or after drinking. Very serious.

  • either ibu or tylenol are awful for you while there is alcohol in your system. TYLENOL IS FAR WORSE THOUGH
