Heh this is me too. It's talking about those people who get tipsy really fast because they have no alcohol tolerance and then feel like they can take on the world. Like, depending on various factors (type of alcohol, how hydrated I am, how much I've eaten) an average of 3 drinks has me hyper and somewhat bossy as hell. Maybe that explains it?
