When I was a dirtbag telemarketer, got sick of being cussed out every other call. One guy started in on me for interupting his dinner, and I had HAD ENOUGH!!! I let loose of this guy with a string of Mrine Corps language (taught to me by my dad...a Master Sergeant). It felt so good that I didn't even mind getting written up.
Another ATT employee here. I see your 821 training has not paid off. Haha. I wish I could do that at times myself, but I need the paycheck. Plus, it gets me this free iPhone to surf the web ;) Oh, and iPhone FTW. My Bold is a paperweight now.
From an employee who was fired for customer abuse, I approve of this action. And for those of who u keep saying the wrong place, it's ATT, no the clients, the training and it's the iPhone. Put it all together.
This goes to the person at the beginning who said "People in WV know what an iPhone is?"
I'm really tired of people thinking that West Virginia is full of hillbillys who have no teeth, married to their cousin, live in a trailer, use an outhouse, have ten kids and twice as many hunting dogs.
It's not like that at all!! Yes there are some people like that but you have that in all the southern states on the east coast. Maybe you should visit or at least do some research before you put us down.
Well as a Verizon Wireless employee I can totally relate to wanting to smack people with their phones however I am on the phone with them so I just want to reach through and choke them!! But I also have to admit I HATE THE I-PHONE! HAHAHA Not AT&T just that damn phone
how dumb are all you people?? "WOWing" customers is retail/sales language that they use in EVERY business across the country! I love how every person writes in thinking they've read a text from someone working at THEIR store just because they used "WOW." damn...
