I think you mean "whether". Not "rather". In addition, contractions are a wonderful invention; try using them. A good one is "that's". It would have done the job much more effectively than your previous selection, "that".
Also, "way" really only has one vowel in it (excluding the Y), and "too" has two.
I hope this problem clears up for you. Education is a guaranteed cure.
Oh and one more thing: An ellipsis has three periods in it, not two or five.
