You guys are retarded. They first two `they`re``s are correct because that means ``they are``. The last ``there`` is correct and makes sense.
It doesn`t work if you say ``I hope you got the hell outta the house before they got *they are*``.
and the dude who thinks the form is correct, you are worse because you fail to recognize that when one person is the subject, you do not make him plural.
