Had a crazy moment last night. Had to get up, run to bathroom, pop 3 Xanax, sit on bathroom floor and rock myself in fetal position. Not my best moment.

Anxiety disorders suck. Hope you feel better!
You forgot the most important ingredient for when you're taking anti anxiety pills and laying in the fetal position on the floor of a bathroom. You obviously need a bottle of whiskey to go with it all.
Unfortunately that wasn't your worst moment either.
