So if I get kidnapped from my office and go missing for a few days does that count against my vacation days and do I still get paid?

All kidnappings, even planned ones, are unpaid. Especially if they result in torture and/or death.
only if you bring back the milk carton with your face on it and the smoking hot FBI agent that rescued you.
There have been claims that kidnapping justifies Disability Payments from company insurance. Never knew what was ruled.
