    Why do so many people think turning 21 makes that much of a difference? It doesn't, really. It just makes it legal.

      It does make a difference, so many new places to get shit hammered there's no time for school. In my case, I ended up dropping out of school for a semester.

      it's easier and more convenient...especially to go bar hopping or just grab a few or pick something up on yer way home.
