  • What kind of dick cop pulls someone on a horse over anyway.

  • Yes, you can get a DUI on a horse. If you use anything besides your own feet to travel around while drunk, it's a DUI. And if you're drunk and walking down the street, it's a drunk in public. You're fucked either way.

  • If he was drunk and a cop thought it was worthy of busting an old man, I don't wanna know how he was riding the horse...

  • I can't tell if he's embarrassed that he has to live up to such a low standard, or if he's proud. He should be proud

  • You cannot get a DUI or an OUI on anything considered to be a beast of burden. Nor can you get either on roller skates, a skateboard, or similar device. However, you can get a public intoxication at any point, even if you're sober.

  • That's awesome! My grandpa was a race car driver and the other a spy. They set the bar pretty high for men in our family.

  • That's not all gramps got. He also had to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. You sure you want to live up to something he never lived down?

  • To bad this is fake. You can't get a DUI on a horse. They have a mind of their own there for they are not considered motor vehicles.

    • You can get an OUI (operating under the influence) on pretty much anything. Don't ask how I know.

      • unless its on a private road or trail then law enforcement has no say...we used to get shitfaced and ride around the ranch and as long as we stayed in the gate cops couldn't do shit

    • Varies by state depending on how their DUI laws are drawn. (But I'm not a lawyer.)
