  • Please. It's so easy to get a number when you have the persons ID. And they may have been at a party with friends who know each other. Totally feasible.

  • I've found several purses and wallets. Usually there is a shoppers card or membership card that I can call the company tell them whats up and give them my number to give to the owner. Also some people have luggage tags inside their purses, I do.
