    • Roch is a pretty big drug town, and Winona is also 507, and a huge drug town and has 3 colleges. You're obviously doing something wrong because there is PLENTY of it here ;)

  • I went to Mankato and people partied every night. If this Winona then yeah you're prob bored to death, if you go to Gustaves then drive 20 miles south and party at MSU. Rochester is the third biggest city in MN, def big parties. You prob just don't know the right people :)
